I have to agree with the first user comment and rating. I have to give one star, but they don't deserve it. When I first started working in Independence Plaza I was unaware of the drop off station that they have located by the security office. So, I would walk the packages over to their store. I guess you will have to decide for yourself when it comes to 16th Street mailing. I personally think this establishment is rude, unhelpful and not worth my time. Good Luck, but I just made my own fed ex account so I wouldn't have to deal with them!
