140 Alex Bar and Grill is by far the most beautiful new bar in Rochester! - I went to a private party at Rochester a few Saturdays ago and was very impressed. The Outdoor Rooftop is by far the best in the city. bar is big, music great. Highly recommend this spot. There is an awesome indoor lounge, to boot. Hudson Terrace is a definite must try!

Food is always great. Carrot cake is to dye for. I usually ask them to make me chicken scampi which isn't on the menu it's a garlic fiends heaven.
