Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. The girl on the phone (I did not get her name but I probably should have) was the most helpful, kind and understanding to my situation and sent out her technician to me in a snap I am so grateful.

if a service makes me feel intrigued to actually join this site and post a positive review then you can tell they service was great - I loved the fact that they were on point and honest about the fees upfront and once they got here gave me all of my options and explained every step to me. Great assistance

Lost keys? no problem for these guys. As a matter of fact, I was pretty concerned that the guy was able to get in so easily. So I asked the guy how to avoid that and he told me about these special high security locks. Anyway, I had him come back a few days later and install those. Now I feel better about the whole lock situation. They weren’t cheap, but I have peace of mind!

Fast and not so furious!

Initially, i called these other people. But after an hour of waiting, nobody showed up or even called! So I called these guys. It was nice to hear them call me back about fifteen minutes after my initial call and have someone confirm the appointment. They ended up showing up about twenty minutes after that. So all that waiting i spent before waiting for those other guys to come i'll never get...

Awesome service!

I just bought a new house and the people that owned it before must have loved having a million keys. The house seriously had about 10 different keys. I was originally going to have them all replaced, but when this guy showed up he said that I can have the locks work with one key! I decided to have them separated into 2 different keys, one for inside and one for outside, and now i have two keys...
