Ashbury's is like the 10th hole restaurant on the Boughton Ridge golf course and is run by the Bolingbrook Park District. The food is great and the bar is great. There is free popcorn in the bar area daily. There are daily specials for lunch and dinner. There is also a very nice ballroom for rent on the upper level....

We visited Ashbury's last night for the lenten 'All You Can Eat' fish fry and we weren't disappointed. We had never been to the restaurant prior to last night so we called ahead hoping to make a reservation for our group of 8. Fortunately, it was accepted as the place was packed the entire time we were there. We arrived...

The new menu is NOT good, not maybe options. They took off the fried chicken...took off alot of the sandwiches...there is no spaghetti...and too many other changes. Ordered the CHILDS mac and cheese and it was SPICY, really for a kid? Looked like there was chili spice or something in it. Very disappointed and not sure if will go back....

Ashbury's just launched a new look and menus. Come check it out for yourself. So far everything I have tasted has been wonderful. Also on Tuesday night you can play Trivia for free. Come play and try out the new menu. I would highly recommend the pork belly eggrolls, the Caribbean panni and yhe pot roast!

Today was Meatloaf Monday. Some friends of ours live in the area so we popped in because it is in such a beautiful setting! We each received not one, not two, but three HUGE slices of meatloaf. Unfortunately it was one of the saltiest I've ever had. I could only eat one slice, and that's because I was starving!
