I rearely write reviews, but this one is due. my son did something to my toshiba laptop that it started doing the system 32 thing. I went on google and when I searched for laptop repair, laptop repair nyc, computer repair nyc etc. all the companies I called were closed on Sunday. Although I had to drop off my laptop at someone's (tech guy) apartment on Sunday, I picked it up in less than 3...

We've been a client of 1 Hour Support since 2003. Yes, we were requested to write this review by their management, but sincerely this we would do fo them. The response time is amazing - there is almost no time of day (and sometimes night) that we cannot rely on Dave and his techs to swervice our 2 offices in Manhattan (5th ave and Broad St). Keep up the god work.

Our printer and the wireless working work when they want to, so we called her afer viewing all of their credentials online. They did not disappoint. David Came was knowledgable and explained and repaired everyting under 1 hour. My husband and I were very impressed.
