Today is my mom's birthday it is her first birthday since her mom died in Sept and her mother in law in Nov I thought it would be a nice surprise for her to receive flowers while she was on her lunch break to brighten up her day I chose the arangement with the flower shaped like a puppy I knew she would love them ... when I call 1800 flowers I asked the guy if it would be possible for these to...

Their flowers are beautiful. You will get what you ordered. I have received flowers from them and have ordered flowers from them. I was never disappointed in the quality or the delivery time.

I have used them for birthdays and family occassions so I don't know what they are like during holiday season. I would expect the same quality service.
