These people are complete frauds. They charged my elderly Grandmother over $800 to clean one small room and a couch, a job that normally cost $40. When calling to pretend I needed their service they gave me a quote for the same job for $40. These people use the classice "bait and switch" con. They qoute you a per room charge on their website and on the phone but, when the the technician arrives, he will tell you that your carpets require additional services and will give you a new (an MUCH higher) qoute based on the square footage.
