Don't be scammed by Eviction Rescue
Eviction Rescue called me when my home got foreclosed. It was last year. I did not know how they found out about me. They were very enthusiastic. They guaranteed that they could extend my stay for about 3-4 months for a fee of course. The offer really looked nice. Actually it sounded too good to be true, very impossible. So I consulted a lawyer friend and I was told it's not legal. I hope this serves as a warning to others who are in the same situation.

You people are scammers!! i regret to have dealt with you. Just give me my money back and I'll stop reporting you to all internet sites and other media who could help me. i'll give you one more week to fund the check that you gave me. If after one week, there is still not enough funds, I sure will sue you scammers!!

Never trust this company
I've learned my lesson to never trust a company who are very good at placing ads all over the web. the advertisements has nothing to do with their service. They say they'll care of everything while you just sit there and wait for the delay of your eviction. It's not true. In my case, they just collected my payment and did not do anything, I had to transfer to a different company. These people are very good at scamming others to earn their living.

wrong decision
I made the wrong decision when I used eviction rescue's service. I should have stayed with the first eviction defense firm I chose. I transferred to eviction rescue because they were charging a little less only to find out I was going to be scammed. They sounded like experts before I made the payment. but after i gave my payment and the necessary docs, i never heard a thing from them.

This company only exists to scam people.
Because of this firm, I am now very conscious about transacting with people i don't personally know. Even those people who look and sound very professional can be scammers like them. They ripped off $600 from me as payment of service that was not delivered. They mention things like specialized Eviction Defense Service. Don't believe in it. This company only exists to scam people.
Last year, my home got foreclosed and I received my final notice to vacate the place in August. Because I needed more time to prepare and I also lacked enough money for a new place to move to, I used the services of Eviction Rescue.
