B.S. on the last review short of staff as always. C.N.A work our butts off only to be treated like crap.We try our best but when nurses and admin act to good to help out we fail the need of residents.Admin and nurses put on a show for families keep coming its the only time they do anything or pretend to care. Other than that work is a time to socialize and laugh to them.Honest truth..Some do...

After touring many such facilities in San Antonio I can say without a doubt that Incarante Word is the best. Our experience with them over the past ten years has been nothing but stellar. The staff is caring and efficient. The facility is always clean. I have never had to go searching for a staff person when I needed somebody. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I am so glad...
