This is the most corrupt organization I have ever dealt with. The service is completely unreliable. The people are rude and not to be trusted.

This is a great service when weather is bad or it's rush hour...saves your loved ones from doing serious battle with airport traffic (which really is a big deal at Logan). The ride is on the expensive side for public transportation ($12 one way), but it does provide door-to-door service, which is a plus over the T. Very worth the money...there's a Dunkin' Donuts inside the terminal in case you're hungry or need somewhere to warm up while you wait for the other half of your ride.

They were great! I phoned them the night before I needed to be at the airport. They arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time the next morning, gave me a call to let me know he was outside, and got me to the airport quickly, safe and sound. Will definitely be calling them again.

Honest people, I really appreciate this service. They always drive me to the Airport. They've been always there for me, never been late. They accept AMEX and they e-mail me the receipt so I could get reimbursed no question asked. Keep up…
