Our addition was 8 years ago, and I am just now moving my office into the room we added on--it was a bedroom before the move. Every wall socket is loose, and some don't fit. A workman named Dave, short Hispanic guy, who I (and my mother, who worked with the same man at Tower 2 years later) found cocky and a poor listener, was very hard to work with, and in the end, did not do his job well leaving me to do the finishing work.

This place is amazing - honest and dependable. Our A/C unit went out, or so we thought. I called an AC repair company and it turned out to be our breaker panel in the garage (all the wiring behind the panel was fried and looked like a potential fire just waiting to happen).
