Purchased all 4 new tires at Tire Kingdom 2 years ago (I work from home and don't drive much)... I also purchased a warranty on the tires for any road hazard that caused my tires to become damaged... I went into Tire Kingdom 1 year after I purchased for a check up, rotation and balance - they never told me that I needed an alignment and when I went back in later with damage to tires due to road...

Balance and Rotate

I took my car in for the tires to be balanced and rotated. The tires in the back are noticably more worn than the ones in the front. I dropped it off in the morning and came back at lunch to check on the status since they had not called to say it was done. They couldn't find the keys to my car for about 10 minutes and then came back and said they hadn't done the rotation and balance yet. ...
