Location is great! Close to resturants and activities. Excellent front desk and guest services staff. Friendly , professional and helpful! Found it easy to catch either a taxi or Uber. Will stay here again !
This was my third stay at this fabulous hotel and I loved it once again. Beautiful "cool" decor, very friendly front desk staff, terrific restaurant for breakfast (try the pancakes), very convenient to South Station if you arrive by train. Every touch and detail is sooo well thought of. the rooms are unique and sexy with an industrial chic. The rooftop (from what i've heard) is the nicest in the city. Service was top notch everywhere we went. I can't wait to go back.
