The firm was an outstanding advocate for my case. But beyond that, they also were very attentive to me through the process of my case -- making sure I both understood and was comfortable with decisions as we moved forward. Tim Lynch was the best lawyer I ever had. I fired my prior lawyer who did nothing for one year on my case while I suffered. I then hired Tim Lynch. Tim got me my PIP check within 3 weeks; I didn't know I was entitled to this. My prior lawyer did nothing. Tim immediately filed suit for me and was able to get a great result.
