My family purchased a headstone for my sister at Stoneplans Monument, the staff there was courteous, helpful and polite. The prices for the markers were great and once the stone was made I was impressed. I felt that the staff went out of there way to make us feel that we were not being taken advantage of during this dreadful time. I give this company a A+ rating. We had gone to other headstone...

This is a rebuttal to the previous review and the comments that were made regarding StonePlans. The first question is whether or not the issue was resolved. I hear you say you like to support african american business but do you hold them to a higher standard than other business's? Have you ever made a complaint about any other business? Is this the first time you've had a complaint while doing business? Did you post it online? Probably not. Okay the headstone wasn't down before memorial day but i'm sure you weren't the only one because memorial day is a big holiday and everyone's ordering...

Trying to support black owned businesses

This company isn't very professional. My family was told that our loved ones headstone would be placed in time for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday. This call took place in early Feb; more than enough time. We began checking on the progress last week and today find out that to our surprise, no headstone would be in place. We are very disappointed!! It's a shame that when we try to suppor our own local black owned companies, we are treated this way.
