I rarely make comments on a business of any kind but I felt that superior work needs to be commended. From the front line of customer service thru the production process this is a class act company. Not only has this company been a family owned business in San Antonio for a hundred years, they actually have employees that will retire with up to 40 years of service. This company is dysfunctional, has horrible customer service and the owners don't care about the quality of their products. The only good quality products that come out of their office are the ones that they order from Gemini and ARK Ramos, sand the other company's name off of the back and sell it as their own. They also upcharge for anodized and duranodic letters that are really just painted...

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Horrid customer service, slow production times and endless excuses. The prices left quite a bit to be desired as well.
