Doctor and assistant were great, but the office staff leave a lot to be desired. There is NO communication. All I received were texts reminding me of my appointment. No phone calls to tell me do's and don'ts. Because of this, my surgery almost didn't happen because nobody called to inform about fasting. Called to get clarification of post-op instructions and was told the assistants would be calling later that day as a follow up. Still waiting. Was told I would have follow up in 4 months but they can't give me an appointment because their schedule doesn't go that far in advance. What dental office can't schedule several months in advance? Even my dentist schedules 6 months ahead. Because this office is lacking in communication, I will have to rely on myself to call and get an appointment made for the follow up.
