Even though this is not our primary vet I was very satisfied with the care and service provided. I brought my cat Jack who had a wound/abscess that needed immediate attention and our vet was out of the country at this time. He had a very high fever and was in quite a bit of pain. Spiderman received excellent care, consideration, and courtesy from ALL staff! It was my first visit with Dr. Rossi; he is superb and answers all questions fully. I truly appreciate how well they worked with Spiderman----he is a gray squirrel, has some age on him, and was a bit ornery from illness and fear!! We will definitely return in two weeks for a recheck and how great to know an exotic...
