Worst experience ever. No towels no bath tissue bugs crawling up the walls. The walls had patches without paint. The worst was the dirty sheets. After complaining for a day they went out and bought new sheets cause they didn't have any clean ones. Our advice is to keep driving.

I saw the door and the room, I put my luggage back in the car and told the clerk that I did not want to stay there. There were broken chairs and the toilet stool had stains in it. I told the clerk to cancel my reservation. This was America's Best Value Inn. They did not have a refrigerator or microwave.

Our room had no light bulbs. I called the from desk the manager was new only been there for 3 days. She said they were out of light bulbs! Beds had no bed skirts and only one sheet. Again the manager said they were out of many supplies and were limited ! Horrible service. Cockroaches in the bath tub small ones. That place was disgusting never again. Don't dtay there!!

We went for a romantic weekend, it was terrible! We thought it would be great because it was close to the Riverwalk but it was a run down shack of a hotel! In our first room the one window it had had a HUGE crack down the middle, and it wasn't a smoking room like we reserved. Then once we moved to a different room, we noticed we had only a little bit of tp and no extra roll, the coffee pot...
