Lived here for over 2 years & loved it! Moving out of state or I wouldn't leave. The staff (office, security & maintenance) has always been very friendly & helpful, the courtyard is lovely & my apartment was huge & very bright & sunny! I walked/jogged everywhere in the neighborhood & felt extremely safe.

Lived here from 1999-2001. Generally, my experience was good except when I had obnoxious neighbors who blasted their music through the paper-thin walls. But what finally made me move out was the yearly rent hikes - 1st one was 20% and the second (which I rejected by moving out) was 10%.

Not that great, the neighbors across the street are loud as hell, parking is a problem, it is not the south end but Lower Roxbury. It feels dirty and old, some neighbors are rent controlled
