This Petco is a joke to work for! The GM here is a bipolar work of art! She enjoys every bit of drama she can cause in this establishment. I am surprised she has not had a harassment suit filed against here. I am sure, and hope, one day karma will come back and nip here in the butt. She needs to be fired!
As per shopping, go to PetSmart. They are way cheaper on supplies and holistic dog foods. And if you buy regular brands of food, try Target or Walmart. Also if get your pet groomed, go to a independent groomer. But if you choose to go to a store groomer, go to PetSmart. Because Petsmart's groomers are actually taught at a school. Unlike Petco's, slack, on the job training.
This place is a JOKE. Avoid at all costs. Just waited 3 hours for my food, they had to remake the entire order because the first never arrived at the 2 hour mark... they said we'd have a brand new order in about half an hour. We received our order, ICE COLD, an hour after that... The manager himself said...
We have gotten this carry out order program down to a science. We order on-line and head out the door. The pizza is ready in 17 minutes and if you're there on time you will get a piping hot pie.

Their customer service is horrible we ordered pizza wings and sodas some things were left out of our order they refused to take off our bill. Said they would credit our Pizza Hut account. First instead of calling the store the 800# goes to some other city or country. Will never order pizza from them again
