Whoever the young guy in the tire department was today around 5 pm lost yall a sale. Misquoted a tire price saying it was $1100 for one BFG All Terrain. No worries though, National Tire and Battery hooked us up for less $300 out the door.

Over an hour waiting for an oil change is a bit much. Then being told when asked how much longer it would be, and being told it should be just a few, then waiting another 20 minutes to see your car still sitting in same spot. I have no problem waiting but communication is lacking somewhere. Walked out wasting a large chunk of my Sunday for nothing.

The Service &Tire dept employees who are at the counter have no experience in customer service. Here at 8am for a tire repair its 9:20 and my vehicle is still in the same place. Leaving and taking it to a tire shop!
