We have had trouble with them from the start! Took our animals in and the sign says we take walk ins, call and verify, go there and then the little man says we can't do it! Turned to leave and the idiot insulted us and came into the parking lot screaming! No we did not say anything to him except that we would not come back because they constantly tell us they can take them and when we walk in...

We have been taking our Lhasa, Elvis, there for Years- They are great. Elvis looks just beautiful when we pick him up and he always feels SO good after his grooming. The folks there are very Pet-Friendly. They treat Elvis as if he were their own and that is a good thing. I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who loves their pet. A friend of mine has started taking her little doggie there and feels the same way. Kudos to Paws and Claws.

to stay away from this business, when trimming my dog's claws they cut into the quick and it bled.

Paws and Claws is located at 1351 Cassat ave in Jacksonville's westside and is the best place in town to have you pet groomed or boarded, not just because they have the best prices in town but because you can tell how much they love your pet and thoroughly enjoy what they do. You don't have to worry about your babies when you leave him/her with Nico, Bobby or Andrea. The place is clean and the dogs/cats look great when they come out.
