I totally believed, however, that they were giving me good prices while they kept my old car running, which is what I wanted. That is, until now. Pats Auto Body does work that is poor quality and extremely sloppy. They scam customers into the shop with lower prices, but return your vehicle with repairs that aren't done correctly or smeared with adhesive and sealant. Their work is messy and the workmanship is poor. They also aren't willing to fix a job they did poorly and won't work with a customer who is dissatisfied.

My family has been going to Pat's for about 60 years. They are reasonable and fair and great dealing with insurance companies. Thanks for all of your help.
