Walking the tunnels is good for me, but I wish they’d fix that escalator!

My co-worker made a take-out order for lunch only to be told she could not get a "bread bowl" with her order because those were for dine-in customers. I believe this policy is discriminatory and should be changed.

Picked up soup and bread bowls to-go. It was early enough where they were serving the lunch menu but hadn't flipped everything on the menu boards over. The workers politely turned the menu around...

Super-friendly staff

Went to Panera both Friday and Saturday morning for breakfast, and a staff member (I wish I'd gotten his name) remembered us from just the one previous visit. It's typical Panera fare, but the staff makes the difference.
