We contacted OnSite Technology for our small business network needed some attention and upgrades. A couple of PC's were in of attention as well. 2 professionals arrived and did a full diagnostic of our situation. They got all the PC's on the network, the Internet and all the PC's were printing to network printers. 2 PC's needed upgrades and they ordered the parts and were back to upgrade the PC's in a couple of days. The upgrades were just thing to they needed. Now my office is productive again and I saved money not having to buy PC's.

I needed to buy a new computer and I called Onsite Technology. The owner, Rick Kane, took care of me and gave me a great deal. Once the computer arrived, I called Rick and he troubleshooted with me over the phone. With Rick's help and expertise I had my computer up and running in no time! Couldn't have done it without him.

When I called On Site Technology the owner Rick Kane was very informative. He helped me over the phone and made sure that my issue was solved. What I really liked was that a few days later he followed up with a phone call. What a professional way to handle business and I felt that he truly cares.
