I believe the negative review here might possibly be a mistaken review for another office. I've been going here for years and this office very obviously goes way out of their way to provide service that is much better I've ever had at any other vet. In fact, the service is better than I've ever had at a human's doctor. These doctors and their employees are caring and professional people.
