This animal hospital is horrific - it doesn't even deserve 1 star! The front desk staff are rude and unpleasant to interact with. There are no appointments; only walk-ins allowed. Even if you arrive early in the morning, expect to be waiting another 3+ hours. So ridiculous. Do not waste your time. Go somewhere else!

What's the point in dropping my dog off at 7:00am for a first come first serve basis if you're not going to take him back until 5:00pm WHEN I COME TO PICK HIM UP. My 13 yr old dog sat locked up in your kennel ALL DAY for nothing. I'll NEVER BE BACK to your establishment again. What a poorly run office with unhelpful staff. Unbelievable...

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Pat for about 12 years and have never had anything but good experiences there. Dr. Pat is very caring and actually takes time with each patient and their guardian, unlike so many that rush you out the door. His waiting room is always full so he must be doing something right! His prices can't be beat and his office staff from the girls at the front desk to his vet...

I've been bringing my dogs and cat here for over 12 years. When we moved from Jacksonville to Baker County I tried the vet here since he was so much closer. Very bad vet

Brought my 7month old pup for shots. He was 100%healthy well a day later he gets sick and this vet said there was nothing they could do. It also took me almost five hours to hear from them. Long story short I brought my dog in to get shots he catches parvo from their office and died 4 days later. I also noticed that they do not clean patient rooms before you enter.
