I brought my car here for an oil change because it's around the corner from my office & I got a coupon in the mail for a $19.99 oil change (their sign usually says $29.99). The total came to $47 after all of their fees and service - what a rip-off! If that wasn't enough, they didn't do a 16-point check or fill any of my fluids. They also told me I needed 2 repairs, totaling $500. Thankfully, I knew a repair shop in Quincy, so I brought it there, where they charged me $120 for the same repairs, and he filled my fluids and checked the rest of the car! I took my car there after pricing mufflers at Firestone and Sullivan Tire. I didn't tell them I had shopped around so I had a idea what their competitors were saying they would charge me. Firestone wanted to charge $39 just to look at the car. Their price quote was $350 more than MONRO and Sullivan was $390 more than MONRO. Needless to say MONRO got the job and I am very happy. The new manager Ken was very nice and professional.
