I've been here twice now - both times without an appointment- and Vincenzo has taken excellent care of me. The service is friendly and thorough. This place is a nothing but a den of thieves and scam artists. They charged me a huge amount for a supposed brake work, including a brake fluid change. I then went to Sears a couple of weeks later to buy tires and they pointed out I needed a brake fluid change. I showed them the bill from Monro and they said that I was literally ripped off. I have always had great service with this MONRO. I recently went to a dealer and they told me I needed $1200 worth of service to my Toyota so I went to them for a second opinion. I have used them in the past for oil changes and brakes and never had a problem. Out of all the things that the dealer told me I needed was a new air filter!! That was it. I will never go back to another dealer again.
