Worst experience at a Vet ever! So unorganized. After I packed my cat up to leave I realized they did not vaccinate her. Had to get her back out so I didn't have to come back for another office visit. Vet seems very scatterbrained. They said out loud in front of me to another client that they gave them a 20% discount. When it came my turn to pay, I was charged about twice what I expected to pay. Will not be going back. Yikes!

We took our pets here for about 5 years. Care in the beginning was standard. As my poodle mix started getting older they treated her for cushing disease which she had but the outcome was not good. She lost a lot of weight and started throwing up so I completely took her off the med. She gained back her weight and seem to do better without the med. Second time around with the same dog. The dog was having a hard time breathing. I was not sure if the dog would make it through the night. had mentioned that maybe putting her down while in the office might be the right thing to do but they...

The people that work at Mandarin Vet Clinic are good and have a good attitude. We were happy at the beginning to have found a doctor that cared about customers, but unfortunately we ended up being not very happy at the end.
Our cat was diagnosed with sarcoma therefore she had a surgery. Unfortunately her recovery was very slow because the wound did not want to close completely. She was put down 5 times to re-stitch her over and over until finally after more than a month, the decision was made for her to stay at the vet's office for 2 weeks. Awesome attentive pet care and reasonable pricing but not the cheapest in town either.... but dont we all wish pet care was lower priced? They appear to really care for each and every animal and the grooming is fabulous too.
I have taken my 2 dogs there and will be taking my new Munchkin Napoleon kitten there because they treat us like family there.
They have separate cat and dog seating areas...
