I had a very different experience than the other reviewer. I boarded an elderly cat with them due to a job transfer. A friend was supposed to pick up my cat and keep her til my return a few months later. Well, the friend had an emergency, could not get to Maccl to pick up the cat, and the poor cat was stuck there for over a month. Tthe staff was very kind and patient. This was a few years ago...

I went away on a trip and decided to leave my dog with this facility. What a mistake!! I came back nearly ten days later only to pick up my dog, saturated in urine!! She reeked as if she had been laying in her urine for days!! I had took her blanket there with her to make her feel more comfortable, and the blanket was saturated with urine as well!! I would not recommend this facility for...
