Farm to table is definitely important in a restaurant but it shouldn't trump good tasting interesting menu choices. I had a chicken salad croissant for brunch and the chicken salad was almost 50% broccoli. It was overwhelming and "green" sure but honestly not edible. The other menu choices seemed …
