They managed to provide a perfect dry cleaning service last Thursday. I called them, it was an emergency and Daryle came in 20 mins to pick up the dress that had to be cleaned for the evening party. It was around 3 p.m. and he delivered it after only 2 hours. The night was saved thanks to Kraft Professional Dry Cleaning.
My initial impression is not good. I called to set up service and was told by the owner he would call me back. After a couple of hours I called again and left another message. Again no response. I called the next day, and although he was very apologetic, he had not called me as promised. I will try them, but so far I'm not impressed.
