I have used Ideal for both of our cars for a number of years. The work has been exemplary. I am always given the estimates before any work is performed. I am always treated respectfully (I am not an auto mechanic.) I have complete trust in their ability and integrity.

Brought in an old (2000) Toyota Camry for A/C fluid and clutch (manual transmission) repair. Both accomplished. Took a little longer than projected, but Ideal stayed in touch with me about everything.
