Cold Shower in the morning 2 days in a row

No matter how nice the staff and the room, when you cant get hot water in the morning for the shower......the overall rating has to suffer.....

I called back to the hotel today about the issue and my future bookings........Although I had complained at the time of the incident......they didn't seem to know anything about 'fixing' the problem

Took awhile to get the water hot for shower. Told me that you had to run it for about 10 minutes. If things were working properly in boiler room it doesn't take that long. I won't get into the reason.
