The information in your description is mostly not true. There is no parking, no pool, no convenience store, no barber/beauty shop. The maintenance staff is friendly and does excellent work, however they are greatly understaffed and so lots of work just doesn't get done unless you harass them. One of them told me that the "squeaky wheel gets the grease." In the winter the heat is totally...
