Google ""Gold's Gym Cancellation Scam"" and see the hundreds of people who, like myself, got scammed by Golds Gym. You cancel in person, they ""lose"" your cancellation. Email? They never got it. The salespeople lie to lock you into a contract and the contract is chock-full of things that make it impossible to have any recourse against them when they stab you in the back. Gold's is a racket. Go somewhere else.

I am disappointed that this gym is closing. It is convenient for people that live around that area, now i have to choose to drive to the one on fm 78 which is about 20min. away or choose to go to the one on nacogdoches. I hate the one on nacogdoches it is always packed, small, very uncomfortable to work out. The treadmills are so close to each other that you can almost smell the persons sweat...

I don't likje this gym, the kid's club is too small, too many mirrors, and broken equipment. No smoothie bar. sorry. If it were cleaner and less "YMCA"-Maybe.
