I needed to order some last minute flowers for a funeral. I called Flowers by Roger and they took care of all my needs, and got the flowers to the service before it started. I didn't give them much time to get it done. Mary was kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Last year my son in Connecticut ordered a 100.00 basket from Flowers by Roger, the fruit was all brown and old and all the cheese and food had Aldi labels on them, but thats not the worst thing. The food was EXPIRED by one year. Be careful, dont buy from this place. I returned it with my displeasure and guess what got another ALDI's basket that was'nt expired. First, when I called, they had trouble matching what I saw online to the product in store...secondly, they overcharged me by about $40; did not provide at total at the time of order and now I have come to find that in addition to the $70 they originially (mis)charged, they charged a second time for an additional $30! I now how to resolve this issue (and I live in Florida) via telephone.
