worst service, attitude

I reserved a room 2 months ago for a weekend with my daughter and her friend. Requested 2 double beds, when we arrived, was told they are out of double bed rooms, but they had queen bed (not) and a recliner in a room that was available. Initially gave us key to filthy room, then another, we asked for extra linen that we never recieved. Horrible attitudes, front desk personnel outside front door...

I am from Nashville and I recently stayed at the Extended Stay on Prudential, and my stay was FABULOUS! I had a room facing the Jacksonville Skyline. The room was extra clean and I was thrilled with the amenities in the kitchen. It has been the best Extended Stay Ive stayed in, BY FAR!!! The staff is great and was always friendly! Im going again!
