I general I had a good experience with making my reservation and receiving my vehicle. However, when I went to return my vehicle and pay my final bill, I was shocked to find out I was charged for insurance that I had clearly stated I didn't want. The rep who asked me if I wanted insurance had been kind of insistent but I didn't think anything of it because he relented when I said no....
