Counter customer service was terrible. Took 6-7 minutes for them to enter my information in the system for an existing reservation.
Whatever the rently rate, not worth it to deal with the employees at this location.

I have rented from them in the past (they are located close to my home) and I have not been too thrilled with them. They charged me for gas that they were not supposed to (the car was supposed to be full when I picked it up). Took a bit of time to get reimbursed. The guy at the counter was a fast-talking used car salesman type who really pushed their insurance plan (though if you have a Visa card you dont need it - but he acted as though he knew nothing about such coverage).
