All doors stuck shut buy paint and had to be forced open. Placed on hold for long periods of time. Ignored by staff. Breakfast stuff cannot follow instructions from their own menu sheet. Great Stay. We enjoyed our 1st Wedding Anniversary Staycation. Access to the Riverwalk was wonderful. All of the staff were very friendly & professional. We ate at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse which is located in the hotel. Overall wonderful stay.

I had a great experience the day I arrived and checked into the hotel, greeted by a courteous lady at the front desk. Enjoyed my 4 nights stay overall, until my last day when I saw a palmetto bug in my room. I was disgusted by it and couldn't imagine what else is going on and where else those bugs...

This is a great place to stay while in Jacksonville. It is right on the river. I stood outside and watched dolphins. It was nice and relaxing. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I took the river taxi to the other side. It only cost 7.00 to ride around the river.
