Plugged A/C drain @ vent pipe

After a scheduled maintenance call on A/C,the unit did not function correctly. After several hours of additional work by two other technicians .the problem was corrected.Please thank Jesse ,Mazier and Steve for their expertise in finding and fixing the plugged up vent pipe.

The technicians and Tony refused to understand that. I had a broken connection secondary overflow PVC pipe. I paid almost $400 and the pipe did not get fixed.

Poor communication. I have dealt with CEA for many years. It is unfortunate to see this type of service.
