Surprised my daughter by ordering her lunch today she works in the ER at the valley. The steak on her steak bowl was burnt completely black! Now tell me when you saw this you knew it wasn't fit to eat. It's bad enough to to have to worry bout her getting sick at work but this is ridiculous. When I tried to call back to have them remake her food no one would answer the phone!! It rings about20...

This was my first and last visit to this chipotle. My rice is extremely undercooked and crunchy. The steak is really tough with no flavor, and I only had about 5 pieces in the bowl. My bowl was also completely covered in sour cream. I definitely will not be back to this location

2 times your lovely website has charged me for food and not delivered claiming to "never get the order" but they sure do charge your card and make you wait 5 days for a refund and not even offer a replacement order. would only offer a refund not available for 5-7 business days. Not helping me what so ever when I spent my last $30 on dinner and a lunch for tomorrow and now I'll be without both....

This place is a damn mess. Every time I've ordered online for pickup I have to wait at least an extra half hour in the store before they even make my food. It should be ready AT the pickup time...
