these people go far above working to get the job done. was suppose to be. had to replace entire outside unit. was told it would be Monday, they replaced it on Thursaday.4 days early. I will use them again if needed again for sure. The office staff are wonderful.

I think Centsable Heating and Cooling is the most unprofessional company on the planet. A worker came out on Friday. Said they brought him down from Houston. Promised he'd be back the next day to finish. He didn't call, didn't show. I had rescheduled several job appointments based on his promise. I didn't want to... miss him. My home warranty company contracted Centsable to come out and fix my AC. Wasn't cooling properly and outside unit was cycling on and off every 30 seconds. They are horrible. Do not call them. They will show up, diagnose the problem, charge you, then never show up again. It has been over a week now and nothing. Still waiting on the part. I found the part in about 10 minutes of looking but they won't use it. Do yourself a big favor and call someone else.
