I had a problem with a dead lawn after returning from vacation, I called B&B, was scheduled as soon as possible and my lawn is getting better and better everyday. I mean it is extremely reasonable to have to wait. No company is going to treat your problem and have it be fixed at the snap of your fingers. Be reasonable. Run away !! This company is bad news !! Terrible service. If they get a hold of your name and address, they'll charge for you for things you don't give them authorization to do. Call ANY OTHER termite company in Jacksonville, but stay away from B & B. You've been warned.
