I think these guys are great. Polite, respectful, and FAST. I have stopped by on several occasions for short-notice needs (a/c blower fan went out/sway bars/belt repl) and most cases I can get in...
I can't imagine what could have happened? If there is anything we can do to help with this situation just give us a call and ask for the owner. I'm sure we can resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Give us a chance. When did this happen?
The worst repair shop i have encountered in 30 years. Parts for my vintage mercedes magicly disappeared, overpriced, take it or leave it attitude. They damaged the body of my car, the list goes on and on. There are so many other better places to get your prized car fixed. Look elsewhere.

Honest, efficient, thorough, reasonably priced, courteous. That sums it up...clean shop, found the problem (not what we thought it was, which would have been more expensive!). We'll be taking our '97 bimmer to them again if need be.
