I purchased a Personal Cooling Device from Aquality Water Systems. It's like an ice pack made to go around your nexk, held in place by a velcro neck-band. It's cool!...literally! I got the pack with two neck packs so that one can be recharged while I wear the fresh one. Each one lasts a few hours, so with two your're good for the day!
