My dog Pepper died due to neglect by the dog walker, Karen, while I was on vacation. My dog became sick but she never contaced me, my mom, or my neighbor as I directed her to do so in writing before I left. She had all the phone numbers. She never took Pepper to the vet as I wanted, or as common sense would dictate. I paid her in advance as she REQUESTED because I wanted my pet to be well...
